Delete your Agent Notifier account and data

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Agent Notifier account and its data. You can also open the account page in the web app.
In the mobile app
- Open Agent Notifier and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap "Delete account", confirm your identity (password, emailed code, or Apple/Google sign-in) and confirm.
On the web
- Open https://app.notifier.adaptivecogito.com and sign in.
- Open Account and choose "Delete account".
- Confirm your identity and confirm. You do not need the mobile app.
What is deleted
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We erase your user, your sessions and your registered devices. If you are the last user of the account we also erase the account with its API tokens, notifications, questions and answers. Backups and technical logs are removed when they expire.
Cannot sign in?
Email support@adaptivecogito.com from the email address of your account and Adaptive Cogito LLC will delete your account and data for you.
